Fish
Oil, also known as Omega-3 fatty acids have
been studied for more than 30 years, resulting in more than
7,000 reports, and nearly 900 human clinical trials. Omega-3
fatty acids have been shown to have positive effects on the
heart, brain, joints, skin and even pregnancy. Studies have
evaluated not only the multiple ways omega-3s promote cardiovascular
health, but also the healthy functioning of many other biological
activities.

Where Can I Find
Omega-3?
The best type of Omega-3 fats is found in fish. However,
eating most fresh fish, whether from the ocean, lakes and
streams or farm-raised, is no longer recommended. Mercury
levels in almost all fish have now hit dangerously high levels.
I recommend you supplement daily with Sportron’s Omegatone
