I was traveling all over the country 5 days a week. I had weeks where I took 5 flights to 4 different States to meet with clients.
My eating habits were terrible, eating out at restaurants for every meal. At times I’d grab junk food and run onto the plane. I was under a lot of stress. For 10 years I had some numbness and poor circulation in my feet and hands and believe this was normal at my age with my family history of this problem. I did want the opportunity to say something regarding The Blood Sugar Pack™. I have been using the nutrients, etc, in this pack for about four months now and I cannot believe the changes coming over me! I have noticed that my shopping habits have changed since I started taking these nutrients - and in a very good way. I now WANT to have deep green leafy vegetables - I buy salads all the time instead of just meats ( I have been on a low carbo diet for years and have been eating a lot of meat). The salads and vegetables I now find are not a problem to cook up and taste great and I feel so much better. I stick to a low carbo diet to keep my sugars low, but was becoming a bit concerned wth the amount of meat I was consuming. Now I WANT the veggies and salads and find it not a problem to fix them.
